Ability-Inclusive Subscriptions

We believe that theatre is for everyone and want all audience members to be able to experience the shows at Seattle Rep, regardless of any accessibility concerns.

All accessibility services offered at the Rep are provided at no cost and can be added when you subscribe.

To subscribe to any of the below performances, please select the appropriate performance day and time, and indicate which option you would like in the ‘Special Requests’ section when ordering your subscription.

Captioned Performances project the lines of the play simultaneously on a screen so you don't miss a word. Open captioned performances occur on the first Thursday evening of regularly scheduled shows in both the Bagley Wright and Leo K. Theatres.

Wheelchair Accessible Seating is located in the Bagley Wright Theatre in Sections 1 and 3 in the Orchestra, and in Sections 4 and 6 in the Balcony (click here to view a seating chart). In the Leo K. Theatre, wheelchair accessible seating is available in all sections.

ASL-Interpreted Performances are American Sign Language-interpreted. A.S.L. interpreted performances occur on the third Saturday matinee of regularly scheduled season shows in both the Bagley Wright and Leo K. Theatres.

Audio-Described Performances offer audio description of the action and nonverbal elements of a performance. Live narration of the plays, as well as descriptions of sets and costumes, are provided over listening devices. Headsets are available at coat check prior to the performance. While we do not regularly schedule audio-described performances here at the Rep, you can request this complimentary service by contacting our Patron Services Managers at 206-443-1438 or by email. Please make such requests three weeks prior to the show’s opening performance so that we may schedule this service.
